Crecimiento de las cuatro cavidades

Este diagnóstico puede realizarse cuando coexisten signos ECG típicos de crecimiento aislado de las cuatro cavidades. Esto ocurre raras veces. Sin embargo, el diagnóstico es posible en ciertas situaciones, tales como la coexistencia de crecimiento biventricular con FA u otros signos ECG de CAI signos indirectos de CAD (relación QRS V2/V1 ? 5), o una onda P con signos claros de crecimiento biauricular (Fig. 10.35).
